Milan ("we", "our", "the app") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page describes our published standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE on Milan, in line with Google Play's child safety standards policy.
We do not allow any content, communication, or behaviour on Milan that:
Any account engaging in the above is permanently removed, its content is removed, and — where legally required or otherwise appropriate — reported to the relevant national authorities and organisations (such as India's National Crime Records Bureau / cybercrime.gov.in, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — NCMEC — in the United States).
Every profile, chat, and conversation in Milan has a built-in Report option (separate from Block), reachable from the profile screen, the chat info screen, and the conversation menu. Reports include a dedicated category for child safety concerns ("Underage") as well as free-text details, and are reviewed by our team. Users can also Block another user at any time to immediately stop all contact.
Reports of suspected CSAE are treated with the highest priority and acted on as quickly as possible, including account removal and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or child safety organisations.

Milan complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, and reports confirmed or suspected CSAE to the relevant regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and organisations such as NCMEC, as required or appropriate.
