Terms of Service for Milan

Welcome to Milan ("we", "our", "the app"), a location-based social discovery and messaging app. By creating an account or using Milan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Milan.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Your Account

• You sign in using your phone number, email, or a Google account.
• Keep your login credentials and any local app-lock PIN secure. If you lose your PIN, you can reinstall the app and sign in again — your account and chats stay safe on our servers.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users
• Post or share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited promotional messages
• Create fake profiles or use the app for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app or its systems
• Use Milan if you are under 18

4. Safety, Blocking & Reporting

Milan provides tools to block and report other users. Reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Child Safety Standards. However, you are responsible for your own interactions and should exercise caution when meeting or sharing information with people you meet through the app.

5. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

• Milan offers optional Premium subscription plans. Prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Premium benefits apply for the duration of the plan you purchase.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for any payment issue.

6. Virtual Items & Rewards

Reward points, call-time credits, and similar in-app items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire or change according to the app's current rules. We may adjust earn rates, costs, and availability at any time.

7. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content on Milan, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

8. Advertising

The free version of Milan may show ads (including rewarded video ads you choose to watch to earn points). Premium subscribers get an ad-free experience.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Milan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connections made through it will be safe or successful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Milan at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Milan after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
